I tried to change my availability and they said hey you're about to cancel, thats $10! Im like.oookkkay. They booked me a week out.and I didn't know about it. I can understand a cancellation fee but it’s way overpriced and their system makes no sense. It’s $10 if you cancel the night before and before 8PM but say you wake up sick and you have 4 cleanings booked you’re going to pay anywhere from $80-$160 for calling out of your cleanings. For any of these they literally charge you anywhere from $10-$40 to cancel.

So if I happen to use my 3 waiver and I have a full day booked and I wake up deathly ill, my car is broken, my kids are sick, family emergency, accident on the way, the world is ending, Los Angeles broke off into the ocean. I do 4-5 cleanings a day sometimes, add that up. I understand it’s no good to cancel but they charge OUTRAGEOUS prices if you need to cancel and you only get 3 waivers ever 90 day. For 1 hour in LA I make $27 and for 4 hours I make $80, what sort of math is that? As well as the cancellation policy. You only really make money on the 1 hour cleanings. I personally want to just being a Homekeeper as they don’t pay enough. This was a really great place to work in between jobs just because it was convenient and accessible.
